Course Outline

A few words about the course: Yoga education can supplement school and any other formal or non-formal education. It can prepare the students physically and mentally for the integration of their physical, mental and spiritual faculties so that the students can become healthier, saner and more integrated members of the society and of the nation.

Yoga education helps in self-discipline and self-control, leading to immense amount of awareness, concentration and higher level of consciousness.

                    Learning outcomes

                    1. To enable student to have good health,

                      Important Notice

                      During the weekend, recreational activities and visits can be organized. If the weather is mild, there can be horse riding, rowing, swimming, cycling, archery, climbing, trekking, water-cycling etc. in the wonderful location of Lake Plastiras. There can also be visits to nearby beautiful locations which combine sea and mountains.

                      Evaluation- feedback

                      Participants fill in a course evaluation form providing thus feedback on what they have been taught.
