PERMA stands for Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishments. It offers educators a comprehensive approach to enhancing their personal and professional wellbeing. Through this course, teachers will learn to cultivate a positive outlook, engage deeply in their work, build supportive relationships, find greater meaning in their teaching roles, and recognize their achievements.
