Our Transnational Project Meeting 1 (TPM1) kicked off in Tarragona with an incredible visit to Institut Cal·lípolis, where we explored its three dynamic training departments: Beauty, Health, and Sports. 🎭💇‍♀️🩺🏋️‍♂️

During our tour, we had the opportunity to step inside vocational training classrooms and witness future professionals in action:
💄 Makeup artists perfecting their craft
✂️ Hairdressing students showcasing creative skills
🏥 Nursing and dental assistants practicing essential techniques
🧗‍♂️ Climbing and sports trainees mastering physical challenges

Beyond the tour, we engaged in productive discussions on our project’s work plan, financial strategy, quality and risk management, and upcoming training activities. We also set key dates for our Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) events, webinars, and local activities. 📅✅

On the second day, we focused on dissemination strategies, enjoyed a fascinating tour of the Ancient Library, and wrapped up with final decisions on newsletters, press releases, and event planning.

What’s Next?

This project, funded by the European Union, is committed to enhancing multimodal literacy among youth workers and young people. We are excited to move forward with digital training, innovative resources, and engaging webinars!

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this transformative journey! 🚀💡
